De-matting

As all groomers, we adhere to the Animal Welfare Act in our salons, and this means de-matting can’t always be done.

We groom to suit both your own and the dog’s lifestyle but their wellbeing always comes first, therefore if the dog will not cope with de-matting then we will have no choice but to take the coat short.

It is the owner’s duty of care towards their dog to maintain the coat between grooming appointments, we will only clip off to prevent unnecessary suffering to your pet.

As treatments may vary slightly with certain dog breeds, prices are subject to an initial consultation. Dogs that need de-matting and/or bite may incur additional fees.
