I have been brought up around dogs all my life and worked at a busy terrier kennel for a number of years. I own and show my own Norfolk terriers, along with handling a variety of other breeds within the show ring. I am also involved with training my own working Gundogs and regularly attend events throughout the seasons. I always wanted to work with animals and my love for dogs is what drove me towards a career in grooming.

I started grooming in 2012 when I trained at Just 4 Paws with Multi best in show winning groomer Amy Manser and then stayed on as a salon and teaching assistant. I particularly specialise in hand stripping, although I enjoy all aspects of the job, and love that every day in the salon is different. I have currently completed all of my Diploma exams with a Distinction, and will continue to further my training.

I started to compete at grooming competitions in 2014, and gained 2nd place at my first competition, the British Dog Grooming Championships. I then competed at my 3rd competiton in January 2016 and placed BEST IN SHOW at The Grooming Show, as a result I was then asked to judge this year at the same competition.
